Terms & Conditions for Aumra

Welcome to Aumra — India’s one-stop faith-tech platform. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Platform”). By using Aumra, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Platform.

 

1. About Aumra

Aumra is a digital platform designed to blend ancient wisdom with modern convenience. Through our Platform, you can:

  • Access daily spiritual tools (such as mantras, calendars, reminders, and more).

  • Book consultations with trusted spiritual practitioners (astrologers, numerologists, tarot readers, etc.).

  • Purchase authentic spiritual products, including gemstones, Rudraksha, idols, and accessories.

Aumra provides access to independent practitioners and curated products but does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from consultations or spiritual items.

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Aumra’s services.

  • By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

 

3. Account Creation & Security

  • To use consultations, purchases, or personalized features, you may be required to register an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Aumra is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence (e.g., sharing passwords).

 

4. User Conduct. You agree not to:

  • Misuse or exploit the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Post, share, or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform’s functionality.

  • Misrepresent yourself as a practitioner or provide unauthorized services.

 

5. Consultations

  • Practitioners on Aumra are independent providers; their views and guidance are personal and not controlled by Aumra.

  • Consultations are meant for spiritual and wellness guidance only. They should not be treated as substitutes for professional advice in medicine, law, finance, or mental health.

  • Aumra does not guarantee outcomes of consultations. The responsibility of following advice lies solely with the user.

  • Inappropriate behavior (harassment, abuse, or offensive conduct) towards practitioners will result in account suspension.

 

6. Products & Purchases

  • All products listed on Aumra (gemstones, Rudraksha, idols, etc.) are subject to availability.

  • Product descriptions are provided for informational and spiritual purposes.

  • Aumra makes reasonable efforts to ensure authenticity but cannot guarantee spiritual outcomes from product use.

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).

 

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Consultations: Once a consultation has started, refunds are not applicable. Refunds for technical issues (e.g., call not connecting) will be assessed case by case.

  • Products: Refunds or replacements will only be accepted for damaged or defective items, as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Spiritual efficacy cannot be grounds for return.

  • Wallet Top-ups: Any wallet balance or credits purchased on the Platform are non-refundable.

 

8. Payments

  • Payments for services and products must be completed using the secure payment options available on the Platform.

  • By providing your payment information, you authorize Aumra to process charges for purchases and consultations.

  • In case of failed payments, Aumra reserves the right to suspend services until settlement is made.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Aumra.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

  • Practitioners may not repurpose or redistribute Platform tools without authorization.

 

10. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using Aumra, you consent to us using your data for delivering services, personalization, and communication.

  • Sensitive details (like payment information) are protected by secure encryption.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Aumra provides its services and content on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.

  • Spiritual guidance, rituals, or products are subjective in nature; Aumra does not warrant results.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Aumra, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

  • Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on consultations, products, or content.

 

13. Termination

  • Aumra reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if Terms are violated.

  • Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting support.

 

14. Amendments

  • Aumra may update these Terms periodically.

  • Users will be notified of material changes through the Platform or email.

  • Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
